Is KRUG dishwasher safe?
Yes. KRUG is dishwasher safe.
Simply pull the base downwards out of the cup against the slight magnetic resistance. The base can be cleaned separately in the dishwasher if necessary.
Please ensure that the hole in the cup can drain completely after rinsing.
Please do not use harsh, aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
How fast does KRUG mix?
Usually 1-3 turns are sufficient. Depending on temperature, type of powder and quantity.
Return/Warranty?
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
